Negotiation of grant award contracts and execution of awards.

Responsible for all managed care contracting and revenue cycle vendor contracting for the largest private oncology group in the US. Experience with negotiation of payor agreements with both private and government insurers, and providing advise and guidance for contract compliance. Experience negotiating vendor contracts, including data transactional agreements, BAAs, NDAs, vetting of security measures, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal statutory, CMS regulations, and state statutory and regulatory requirements. Advise executive management on compliance issues including HIPAA, Stark, AKS, and rules related to first tier, downstream, and related entities.
