* Manage a Sales Team of 14 * Communicate with Banks for Automotive Approvals * Appraise vehicle with AAX system and VAuto * Worked with Eleads and VinSolution CRM * ADP Knowledge * Reverse Risk Inventory Management * Conduct Sales Meeting on weekly basis * Order New cars for a 120 day market supply * Provide ongoing training on a daily basis * Communicate with Owner for future overview * Manage Customer Service Index to ensure high quality retention and service * Buy Used Vehicles, stock in, open Repair Order, Pricing communicating with service for front line

* Manage overseas accounts with major retailers in the United States * Q.C. inspection when product arrives to ports. * Handle Bill of Lading, Invoicing, Shipping and ensure delivery to client * Quote and build Performa Invoice to potential clients. * Follow up / Customer Service to ensure client retention
