* CSR for all business related to the sale of golf clubs for Titleist and Cobra Golf. This job required hours of direct phone and email communication with accounts and consumers regarding order entry, status, shipment, as well as product questions, comments, and complaints. - Point-of-contact for outside sales representatives in the South Atlantic region. Involved in sales programs related to product launches, limited production releases, and product “seed” distribution to key partners and brand representatives.

* Tasked with learning, optimizing, and testing Infor M3 ERP software for US implementation, specifically to customer service and sales departments. - One of two company-wide and sole West Coast representatives responsible for software security enhancement and implementation. This includes designing and determining access permissions for all California associates as well as consulting on and refining security needs for other US associates. - Designed and taught training initiatives for associates in our customer service groups. This includes writing training documents, hosting classroom instruction, and conducting one-on-one learning courses up to and beyond our Go Live date. - Acted in a supporting role for product life cycle business processes across multiple product categories to help ensure our system was ready for Go Live. - Self-taught Cognos report-building abilities to fulfill the reporting needs of the sales department to help ensure an easy transition into the new M3 software.

* Sole representative for all sales administration and customer service responsibilities pertaining to National Account business with Titleist Golf Clubs. - Experienced with time-oriented demands to meet the company’s financial obligations, the management of handling large transactions with multiple partners across the country, and coordinating and communicating with a variety of contacts and departments to effectively execute large-scale orders and shipments. - Responsible for database design, inventory management, and reporting for sales campaigns such as limited product releases, product launches, product “seed” distribution, seasonal sales programs, and inventory sell-off. - Coordinated efforts in-house to produce, pack, ship, and track equipment needed for annual PGA Show and bi-annual sales meetings, then traveled to the sites to provide the sales and marketing departments with the help they needed to properly present and demonstrate our products to the public eye.

* Responsible for all product life cycle functions across multiple product categories, facilities and countries. This includes but is not limited to maintaining item master, warehouse, and facility records, product structures, option/feature matrices, and costing accuracy. - Provide continued support to global COM groups primarily as it relates to product availability, which demands an understanding of the supply chain planning, execution, and manufacturing functions of our business. Constantly working across departments to provide our customers accurate information and identifying business / system needs. - Identify, plan, and configure system improvements to meet business objectives during phase-2 of our ERP rollout plan. - Local resource for authoring, validating, and scheduling reports using Cognos Report Studio for operations and sales teams.
