Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible of electrode manufacturing plant, from operation, production, quality and maintenance. Develop specific action plans to eliminate and minimize production bottlenecks to ensure smooth production flow on daily basis. Develop programs and or preparatory actions, steps and schedule using all available resources in the production of the desired product which includes process line balancing, manpower deployment at the most economical way and most economical use of materials, chemicals and supplies. Regularly analyze the production performance in terms of meeting quantity and quality standards, inventory levels utilization resources and make decision on any action involving the process line after consulting and gathering inputs from some operators and concerned support group.

* Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for ensuring that all plant equipment and facilities are properly maintained and kept in top working condition * To ensure the implementation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedule are carried out. * Responsible for the work of shift maintenance supervisor and preventive maintenance engineer. * Identify critical spare parts and equipment that requiring preventive maintenance and spare parts preparation. * Analyze production downtime in relation to equipment and recommend solution to minimize recurrence. * Continuous improvement of equipment in terms of its production efficiency and minimize maintenance cost. * Evaluate the economy of maintenance system to be adopted base on the total maintenance cost. * Establish a maintenance diagnostic system to ascertain the condition of equipment.

* Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervising production operation and maintenance processing section. * Motivate production personnel to take required action to support the production objective by inspiring, encouraging and impelling them at all times. * Must ensure the production communicator with the people and other supervisors. Must be able to communicate management decision, process information, orders requiring change, etc. in a professional manner. * Must adhere to product specification and other operation standards such as good manufacturing procedures. * Must verify quality control standards in coordination with QC groups to ensure consistent quality of product produced.

* Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance tasks on the plant, in line * with the company operational Excellence standards * Identify critical facilities and critical spare parts that requiring preventive maintenance and spare parts preparation. * Create an equipment record containing parts, specification, history and special characteristic for its item. * Determine the frequency and kind of maintenance needed by its equipment to meet operational requirement

* Reporting to the Team Leader, Be a part of the Routine maintenance team and will be responsible for: * Leading a group of technician, supervising and execute plant maintenance plan activities either preventive, predictive and breakdown of all rotating equipments in the plant,to ensure timely, quality and safe installation, maintenance repair and testing of a wide range of rotational equipment. * Participating in the long and short term maintenance planning process and continuous improvement as part of the cross-functional team. * Contributing to the annual planning for spare parts requirement, consumable materials and special tools and test equipment by reviewing consumption data, inter-changeability of spares etc. * Determining the training needs for team members and trainees, and ensures adequate training on-the-job to them for skill development. * Ensuring the observation of HSE regulations and guidelines by team under supervision and promotes the use of safe work practices. * Participating in carrying out the annual shutdown or major equipment turnarounds in the Plant.
