Supervise shipping, customer service and accounting departments by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Effectively decreasing financial losses with respect to custoemer chargebacks by 80%. Stream lined and improved the shipping of all outbound orders with respect to flow and inventory control practices. Manage Customer relations, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Facilitate continued compliance with individual client shipping requirements. Continuously implementing and supporting improvements within the organization with respect to performance, quality control, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction. Supervise and analyze order management processing from receipt of contract to shipment completion. Utilize monthly inventory reports to drive business and maximize movement of goods in conjunction with sales teams. Partner with production team to maintain on time status for all goods shipping from overseas.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The Manager of Hotline and Data Systems (“Manager”)is the primary Administrator for the Client Services (CS) department, with three key roles: 1) overseeing data systems within CS and as they intersect with other departments (e.g. Development, COPA, Legal, Finance, etc.) ; 2) overseeing operations of AVP’s 24-hour English/Spanish Hotline, including volunteer management and other systems, coordinating with COPA for training; and 3) overseeing all administrative and operational systems for CS operations, including maintaining department protocols.
