* My team and I are in charge of upgrading computers, with either a new hard drive or a computer, to Windows 7 from Windows XP for the entire hospital system of Lexington Medical Center. * Gain knowledge and utilized programs and operating systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, HEAT Service & Support, DameWare Mini Remote Control, Cognos, Meditech, Mysis Vision, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Ghost 11.5, and Windows Server 2003 and the Active Directory within it. * Interacted with users to insure and help the transition of Windows 7 from Windows XP directly to make sure all necessary files and applications are in working order. * Networked users’ documents and printers to central servers to user profiles so they are accessible throughout the LMC network. * Set up new user profiles and general access accounts in the Active Directory.

* Share similar responsibilities as the Senior Operations Support Analyst role. * Works as part of a team that leverages agile approaches to meet business needs at an accelerated pace. * In partnership with senior operations support analysts, identifies, documents and resolves infrastructure issues affecting computing service users. * Under general direction, develops and implements technical solutions for issues that are of a simple to moderate complexity. * Understands workflow, process inputs and outputs, dependencies, etc. specific to their role. * Organizes time and information in a manner conducive to a high level of personal productivity; able to multi-task in an environment driven by time-constrained deliverables.
