She continues to provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to their international team as well as leading their strategic partnerships.

Engineers Without Borders was a start-up organization in Uganda in 2019 when Zoe was hired to establish the country office. She developed all the necessary policies and programming, hired and developed leadership within the team, raised the awareness and reputation of the organization at the national and regional levels, developed numerous revenue-generating parternships, and delivered quality services to the communities we serve. The organization today holds an excellent reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality service delivery.
