• New hire admin training in the Sr. Good District• CTO coverage of administrative staff--staying up to date with all changes in processes and practices (including: background check processes, COVID vaccination processes, DocuSign changes, etc., any new processes rolled out from corporate)•Supporting of 4 to 6 Regional Directors and/or District Directors. Responsibilities including but not limited to, booking travel arrangements, calendar maintenance and requests, completing expense reports, report distribution, meeting coordination, etc.•Submitting contracts requested by the field•Assists District Operations Sr. Manager with distributing information pertaining to new initiatives or changes to programs. •Collaborates with District Operations Sr. Manager on monthly administration calls, & presents all new material.•Acts as the point of contact for internal field staff and managers.•Contacts and works with employees from various internal departments to obtain information or complete tasks. (Corporate teams, field operations teams, field leadership, etc.)•Making recommendations for process improvement and efficiencies

• Provide primary support to the Branch Manager and District Office. This would include processing all expense reports, A/P and internal staff payroll forms.• Act as the point of contact for the Regional Manager, Branch Manager, District Administrative Coordinators and District Operations Specialists.• Receive all vendor calls and handle appropriately• Managing the branch administrative team of 8

• Act as the primary support person for 4-8 Staffing Professionals.• Taking candidate calls, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, sending letters acknowledging application/interview, entering candidate information into Salesforce, run sales reports, order business cards and marketing material, etc.• Keep an inventory of all office supplies, office equipment and postage. Order additional supplies as required.• Act as the project liaison for all district or corporate initiated projects.• Work with Branch Management to plan branch functions (e.g., meetings, open houses, parties, etc.).
