• Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for all HR related issues; • Cooperation of designated business functions on employee learning and development best practices; • Support business leaders from the business functions to enhance capacity to better manage their teams as well as the business goal; • Manage and ensure the people aspects of any restructures within the organization as per plan and appropriate HR support mechanisms;• Ensure the implementation of Competency Development Program for line functions to create successor and build a Talent Management Pipeline with the assistance of Corporate HR; • Build a strategic partnership and collaboration with line functions to create a ground for acceptance by business units; • Manage recruitment, time & attendance, transfer, confirmation, performance, payroll, disciplinary procedure, compliance issues etc. with the help of team members of the Business unit; • Manage and resolve employee complain and grievance issues; complex ER issues, investigate discrimination and harassment issues on appropriate time; • Assist in creating a high-performance culture by ensuring measurable performance indicators and improvement plans; • Drive the process development in the area of resourcing and policy implementation and ensure compliance in the area of respective Business Unit; • Work progression by weekly / monthly / yearly report submission to the Management; • Work closely with all members of the division/ department to improve working relationship.

Ensure proper recruitment of worker and do documentation properly06. Update Utilities, Rent and Other Service providers bills and records07. Ensure all procedures and necessary Registers and Formats are maintained as per standard procedure 08. Assist HQ HR to prepare monthly attendance of the factory09. Make necessary arrangement for entertainment of guests of Factory10. Maintain all other office documents and liaison with other department in order to solve their office requirements11. Responsible for distributing donation at primary school near factory 12. Listen to the problems of worker and try to solve it13. Take written exam of the workers going to be recruited14. Produce necessary reports to supervisor as and when necessary15. To take steps for update all Deeds, Licenses i.e. Rent Deed, Environmental Issues etc. timely and keep the documents in a safe custody 16. Arrange fooding if overtime or any other special works are done with the approval of concern authority 17. Arrange substitute to work in absence of colleague18. Arranging regular fooding of factory along with special measures for entertainment of guests if needed.
