Proactively managed over 30 of Eschelon’s largest accounts by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Eschelon’s products and services. Supervised all activity including orders, billing and account maintenance. Developed and maintained long term relationships with key customer contacts to lengthen the customers term with Eschelon. Worked with internal employees on a daily basis to ensure the customer’s needs and wants were fulfilled in a timely manner.

Responsible for T1 and analog network service customers, ensuring a smooth and timely installation/conversion of requested products and services. This included customer contact, project management and provisioning functions for routine order provisioning. Also responsible for ancillary processes such as voice mail, long distance/toll free, routine listings and port-outs to other CLEC's.
