Negotiated and secured temporary seasonal locations for the largest Halloween retailer in the US and Canada focusing specifically on the Mid-Atlantic, Midwestern, and Canadian market. - Analyzed performance of locations after season and compiled sales reports as well as interface with Operations Team on results to create new season's strategy. - Worked with major REITs and Landlords to review and lease across their entire portfolio; for example, Kimco and Simon were REITs that I negotiated with - Focused primarily on Big Box, Junior Anchor spaces in power centers, as well as in-line mall spaces; reviewed many former retailers’ spaces (i.e. Borders books, Circuit City, Blockbuster Video, etc.).
