As a secondee lawyer in Westpac's Regulatory Investigations & Litigation team I assist the bank in handling investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by Australian corporate, banking, AML, competition and privacy regulators. I rely on my knowledge of Australian corporate and financial services laws, and day-to-day organisational skills to progress contentious matters, liaise with external law firms and internal stakeholders across all facets of the Westpac Group.

Working in Allens' FSW practice in the context of the Australian Financial Services Royal Commission enabled me to apply my developing corporate governance and financial services expertise in a contentious setting, before settling in the firm's litigation practice where I continue to develop my contentious regulatory and financial services experience.

My role focuses on complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations in the financial services sector, white collar crime and other risk and governance-related matters. Experience in ASIC, APRA, ATO and AUSTRAC-initiated investigations and enforcement proceedings, and defending CDPP prosecutions.
