Designed and created a capsule collection for the Supima Cotton fashion show at Lincoln Center during Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.

* Manipulate and drape evening and bridal gowns to be sold * Create fabric manipulation and embellishment swatches to be used in production * Sketch and design new designs to be used in upcoming collections

* Assisted in the development and completion of the 2012 Spring Couture Collection. * Hand dyed fabric and trims to coordinate with collection. * Created embroidery design placements for 2012 Spring Couture Collection.

* Supervise a team of 25-30 people including pattern makers and sewers * Manage the coordination of the sample room workflow, materials and production of prototypes, SMS and special projects and enforce calendar deadlines * Coordination of all aspects of development from designers to pattern makers to sewers from sketch to pattern to samples * Liaison between designers and pattern makers during the sketch pass process * Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques * Oversee budget for all meals, travel and expenditures for Atelier
