After many years practicing Natural Movement, the whole body has become powered body like powered wheel and powered window being driven hydraulically. With this achievement from the heritage of Chinese culture, I have tried to enlighten people on the right way to enjoy life, the "free lunch." When we say "God bless us", the fact is that God has blessed us and we miss his way (Dao) to enjoy his blessing. When we say "No free lunch", the fact is that Nature has given us enough "free lunches" and we miss the way (Dao) to enjoy them. When we work hard for GDP and struggle for wealth, huge benefits lie in "free lunches". Solar energy is "free lunch", air is free, and everybody's life is free. We simply do not know how to use them in the right way (Dao). I have completed two projects about how to use the land and the body that can save billions and billions of dollars and numerous time to enjoy life and its natural environment. When we claim human rights, we have overlooked human responsibilities and other species' rights. When we say "we are born equal, the fact is that we are not equal in terms of wealth. Some people are born billionaires and some are born homeless. But we are equal in terms of life. It seems to me that the creator does not care so much about the money and his values lie in the "free lunches" he offers us. Mankind needs to know how to use the two "free lunches," the body and the natural environment correctly. Only along his way (Dao), a person can be healthy and happy, and the world can be healthy and peaceful.

From sun to cells, the creator offers us energy, while mankind works hard to choke, reject, and abuse the supply. It's time to change! Using the "internet" inside the body, everyone can move the body naturally, clean up the line of the energy supply, and stop damaging the automatic energy delivery system from sun to cells. Then, real healthiness, confidence, and dignity will come naturally. The amazing differences are obvious and above wealth.

With my poor English at that time (even now), I was teaching (leading may be accurate) around 160 students every year for 5 years to arouse their interest of learning English through playing games, listening to radios, recording, etc. Tough at beginning, fun at the end.
