Interview applicants when taking a loan application to obtain financial information to make a mortgage pre-approval decision. Remain up-to-date on all bank products, services, and referral opportunities to better serve customer needs and originations. Follow up on existing leads to determine status of home searches for prospective home buyers and refinance seekers.Support Senior Loan Officer to develop and maintain strong partnerships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other referral sources to serve as their partner of choice when their clients need a mortgage.
