* Work Description: * Technical Advisor on improvement on PA percentage, MTBF, MTTR, breakdown schedule on site Sumatra Area (CK-KIM Jambi, CK-MIFA Meulaboh, CK-DMP Lahat). * Support, assist on planning and job documentation for scheduler site section/team. * Site support for technical assistance on improvement and troubleshoot problem on heavy equipment, Large Excavator Hitachi 1900, 1200, 870, Komatsu 1250, Caterpillar 6060, 6020, 6015, 390, engine problem, electrical 24-volt system as per plant request. * Develop skill of local mechanic on system operation and troubleshooting of engine, power train, hydraulic and electronic system. * Job coordination with vendor to execution on warranty job and spare parts on site support.

* Work Description: * Troubleshoot Caterpillar Engine on the Cat Machine and Industrial Engine * Troubleshoot hydraulic and transmission on Cat system. * Manage daily site service operation for 28 numbers CAT and Olympian Gensets * on daily inspection, maintenance and trouble shooting all problems on * mechanical and electrical. * Supervise mechanic troubleshoot and repair (Minor overhauls), monitor part * using and commissioning engine after job completed. * Work liaises with admin maintenance staff and customer staff, for order spare * part and reporting warranty job. * Work liaises with technical support staff at head office. * Supervise job at field/ customer

* Work Description: * Manage daily site service operation (MARC contract job) for: * 32 MTU-Detroit Diesel Engine 16V4000 Series on EUCLID truck, EH4500 and Komatsu 980E * Working as Technical Senior Supervisor (Deputy site manager) under Site Manager. * Open job, manage job in progress and sending to HO for closing and claimed to factory (warranty job) and manage schedule maintenance on daily basis (MARC job). * Supervise mechanic on W1, W3, W4 and W5 job (Minor overhauls), monitor part using and stock availability * Commissioning engine after W4/W5 completed. * Monitor out coming spare part have been use and monitor (min-max stock on hand). * Work liaise with OEM maintenance staff and customer staff * Work liaise with technical support staff at head office Hansa Ltd- Diamond Motor * Supervise on safety manner to all MTU Detroit Diesel mechanic. * Help mechanic to troubleshoot engine problem

MTU engine 6V1600 generator set. * 8. MTU engine 12V1600 generator set. * 2. Develop and managing maintenance and breakdown repair spare parts warehouse. * 3. Work liaise with vendor for commissioning, warranty claim and mayor repair. * 4. Advise maintenance superintendent/foreman for good maintenance management on generator's / compressor drive. * 5. Develop skill and knowledge of mechanic on job/ hand on training and training/presentation in classroom.
