In 1998 I joined Fasttrack a Melbourne based software company who created solutions for the recruitment industry. Fasttrack is the leading recruitment software company in Australia and have one of the best solutions in the world. I joined Fasttrack as a developer but quickly found myself running their Special Projects team and within 12 months was running their Enterprise implementations. In 2000 I joined the family business called Samara bros. Samara is a USA based company who design and developed childrens apparel and outerwear. I immediately started to build Samara a web based PLM system to help them manage their communications between the USA, Manila, China and Hong Kong offices. Without trying we found other garment companies asking for our software. We removed the system from Samara and started the company Indigo8 Soltuions in 2004. Indigo8 now build custom solution's for apparel and finished goods companies all around the world.
