Six month contract. Supervised and managed seven assigned technicians in support of IT Infrastructure operations for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Performed duties as the CISO. Completed cyber security remediation efforts. Extensive Project Management work on new construction as well and existing system upgrades.

Manage and direct a team of four technicians providing Tier 1 and 2 support for manufacturing operations in Virginia, Alabama, Tucson, AZ and multiple remote user locations. Manage budget and procurement for all IT purchases, licensing renewals and annual contracts. Coordinate with production leadership to ensure 24/7 system availability and DoD level cyber security.

Responsible for supporting information technology and scientific research equipment in a clinical lab environment. Developed plans and validated data collection and protection to FDA standards in support of highly regulated human clinical trials.

As Director of IT I supervise the company's computer infrastructure and related areas of concern, oversee teams that manage network technology, IT security and the software platforms used by the company and establish data storage infrastructure and access protocols and rules within the company as well. My main focus is the efficient operation and the security of company data. This position also includes supervising the way the company's employees access and use data, as well as interact with each other via computers and other electronic devices. It is my responsibility to design access rules and procedures for company data; this can include which computers, tablets and mobile phones are allowed to access to the company's networks and databases. I also choose and manage antivirus software solutions, as well as implement systems that may restrict activity across company-owned hardware and networks.

Recruited as the Assistant Director of IT and within four months was appointed Director. Led an IT Department consisting of 9 Computer Support & Audio-Visual Technicians, 5 Network and Systems Administrators, 5 Programmers and 2 DBA’s. Administered an annual budget in excess of $800,000 and project related budgets in excess of $8,000,000. Led Strategic Planning initiatives to position the college for today and well into the future.

Managed 5 IT support technicians in support of daily operations in a K-12 school environment. Led construction efforts of a $15,000,000 renovation project to modernize aging buildings. Project completed on schedule and 20% under budget.
