* Manage a 22 person team-consisting of Safety and Security Officers and Guest Service Representatives * Lead Workplace Violence, Safety and Environment of Care (EOC) Committees * Respond to escalated calls by Security Team * Write and approve Company policies as Safety Team * Create and Conduct training for all Security Officers and Nursing Staff

* Oversee EOC and Life and Fire Safety in three hospitals and over ten clinics * Create facility equipment inspection procedures per Life Safety Code and EOC Standards * Respond to incidents including building explosions, fire exit hazards, and Life Safety Equipment * Coordinate Emergency Management Drills
