Primarily responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining company-wide standard operating procedures. Serves as the final approver for all SOPs, ensuring consistency and efficiency across related processes.Additional responsibilities include supporting all aspects of projects such as document creation and control, change order processing, RFI processing, budget management, schedule management, internal and external customer communications, etc. Assists with material takeoffs, bill of materials maintenance, product submittals, etc as needed.

Responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing all processes and documenting each with procedure guides. Work closely with all departments, including Senior Management, Sales, and Accounting.Led our first full inventory audit in the past 10 years in January 2020 and have implemented weekly cycle counts since. Manage all Parts (Commercial and Internal), Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Shipping and Receiving Associates across all four branches - Nampa, Las Vegas, Spokane, and San Antonio. Reported to VP of Operations. We decided to split the role into a separate Parts Manager and Purchasing Manager due to plans for growth in the departments requiring a dedicated manager for each.
