As the EY Interact US Product owner:- I am a key stakeholder who communicates requirements and helps to set priorities for the development of EY Interact to assure it meets the needs of the US Tax practice and clients, now and in the future. - I provide representation and advocacy in EY US and global tax technology forums and serve as an escalation contact for US practice technology issues. Given the downstream impact on EY tax service delivery teams and the clients we serve, the need to reduce or eliminate low value administrative tasks, system errors and downtime are critical.- I am responsible for driving usage and adoption through the development and delivery of strategic change management initiatives that are essential to achieving the return on the investment the EY Tax practice has made in EY Interact- I serve as a subject matter expert for the practice and in collaboration with the other EY Interact product owners globally.

Developed Adobe Captivate-based online training in both English and Spanish for Marriott associates at properties worldwide.

Developing online and classroom training for the Ernst & Young Tax practice in the United States. Assisting in the development of communications strategy for new and existing technologies.

Led curriculum development activities for the National Security Personnel System Spiral 1.1 training deployment for the Department of Defense's key human capital initiative. Identified, designed, developed, and implemented learning solutions, conducting pilots and train-the-trainer sessions. Provided strategic guidance to client executives as well as coordinating with subcontractor staff in a complex, politically-charged, fast-paced environment. Managed the instructional design team of 6 staff and client SMEs in the development of instructor-led training courses, facilitated workshops, and online learning; co-scripted and managed the production of training videos.
