AIRIA, a luxury smart home fragrance system, helps you effortlessly create a signature scent for your home. Using proprietary fragrance delivery technology, AIRIA evenly and consistently delivers "just-right" scent throughout your home, up to 1,500 sq ft. A small group of engineers, perfumers, and designers were frustrated with the shortcomings of existing home scenting products and set out to find a better experience. After many iterations and a successful Indiegogo campaign, AIRIA launched Fall 2019.

Led global shampoo upgrade design for Head & Shoulders to provide an improved shampoo experience while reducing raw material costs. Combined technical R&D tools with consumer research design and segmentation understanding to guide R&D development around the globe.Led new product/benefit space adjacency exploration for Head & Shoulders. Identified ideal product experience of new space and drivers/product attributes to deliver new experience.

Leverage and married consumer insights from Febreze and fabric softener users to develop and launch Downy with Febreze. Managed consumer research and represented both the consumer and R&D in multi-functional team. Partnered with Bounce and Tide brands to bring a system of products to market and partnered with respective marketing counterparts to develop holistic communication. Managed 5 other Products Researchers within Mr. Clean to uncover consumer insights via qualitative and quantitative research and developing of technical tests to link consumer response to technology understanding. Worked across sub-functions within R&D and cross-functional team members to deliver projects to market such as the launch of Mr. Clean Wipes to exploring white space for new Mr. Clean product entries to refreshing and re-energizing the Mr. Clean spray business.

Lead process development engineer in developing, commissioning, and qualifing line from ground up to product Febreze Scent Stories. I partnered with contract manufacturer, equipment supplier, and R&D team to ensure line was designed to deliver the consumer intended experience consistently. Delivered the first product of its kind with multiple of scents housed within one product which required a rigorous quality controlled process to ensure the multitude of perfumes within the single product were not compromised. Scaled bench processes to manufacturing processes bring to market new lines extensions on the Febreze trigger spray line; Shared process knowledge with counterparts in Japan as I consulted modifications to one of their hand dish lines to enable line to start production of the Febreze trigger spray formulations.
