-Review 8wks horizontal demand/supply outlook to ensure inventory level maintain as required-Solve material issue regarding sub tier shortage/factory capacity/quality etc-Evaluate supplier's performance(on-time delivery, quality, lead-time) at quarterly basis-Liaise with regional master scheduling/GSM/team for E&O management-Lead site/team project (RM water level control/Planned FC)-Improve business process & models to achieve operation efficiency-Coach & mentor new team member for systems/tools/process-Maintain/build good relationhip with key suppliers-Organize team building.

-Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions-Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, and warranties of materials with key suppliers -Discuss detective or unacceptable goods with clients and suppliers to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action-Develop, interview and qualify new suppliers regard to terms about availability, lead-time, and capacity of materials.-Monitor trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the future, and to identify areas for possible saving.
