Build/repair customers’ computers, configure new systems within allocated price ranges, install XDSL technology and configure related equipment including SOHO routers/switches/hubs/cabling, troubleshoot XDSL technology and determine points of failure, contact vendor support to resolve XDSL related problems specific to LMF customers, implement Microsoft Windows 2000 solutions for small office/home office and commercial sized network environments including AD design, Group Policy design, Print and File server services, provide a premiere level of customer support for DUN XDSL ISDN SOHO and commercial sized LAN/WAN environments.

Worked for the Naval Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Information Strike Force to stage and ship Dell PCs all over the East Coast; responsibilities included unpacking machines, installing and configuring Hardware and Software; local machine setup for Users and Groups, Domain setup for NMCI’s complicated domain infrastructure, and a strict attention to detail.
