I completed literature review regarding the impact of block chain on the news and communication industry. And I researched different modes of Incubation center and designed the incubation process for the company. Furthermore, I designed the plot of university anniversary video and wrote shooting scheme for the video.

I am responsible for collating invoices, payment bills and bank receipts and constructing accounting journal entries for garage and housing estate rental services. Additionally, I performed monthly rent table analysis and improved efficiency of occupancy rate and rent collection rate calculation by implementing Excel techniques to filter grids with particular format.

I assisted on finance transformation project to rightsize chart of account structure using Microsoft Excel. I also researched on accounting principles applied in different countries and developed allocation rules of account codes accordingly.
