• Provided on-site Administrative clerical support along with time management.• Responsible for creating, processing and posting all Accounts Receivable billing for 3+construction sites along with document control.• Researched all Accounts Receivable and Payable issues including payments, non-payment of invoices, short payments, and journal entries.• Accounts Payable functions included creating of purchase orders and processing andapproving invoices for payment. • Payroll related functions included entering and submitting payroll for all employees assigned to my assigned jobs.
