Handle and lead teammates manage both domestic and international ocean freight operations and solving ad-hoc issues.

1. Daily operation enquiry, booking issue, communications with oversea office and co-ordination of shipments.2. Monitor/provide helping hand to operation assistants in order to complete their jobs and solved their problem faced on daily operation issues. 3. Mainly focus on UK and Europe Market and partial US lane for VIP accounts, also provide assistance to other trade lane teammates, and helpDept. Head for handling all teams’ issues and reporting.4. Handle Rates and FMC issue related to carriers/co-loaders/oversea office.
