Wade joined NEA Baptist in July 2022 as director of clinical operations. He leads 125 employees and 50 providers in the following specialties: cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, dermatology, endocrinology, infectious disease, internal medicine, nephrology, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, and pediatrics.Wade served as materials director at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital, and Lawrence Hall Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility. He assumed this position at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and led the procurement of 120 days of personal protective equipment. He served as project manager for the $3 million ED renovation, which was the largest construction project at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in 20 years.Wade served in many leadership positions at St. Bernards Healthcare's flagship facility, St. Bernards Medical Center. He was manager of central transportation and environmental services. He was program coordinator for the internal medicine residency where he led the process for receiving 10-year accreditation status.
