▶️ Analyze all complexities of short-term disability and/or state disability insurance claims, and their concurrent leave policies.▶️ Investigate, secure and analyze information pertaining to claimants' eligibility status, medical condition, and occupational requirements to accurately determine entitlement to disability benefits and associated leaves.▶️ Ensure that each claimants' ongoing and changing medical condition, applicable group policy, limitation/provision, ability to return to work, and deductible income are investigated. ▶️ Identify discrepancies and outstanding issues by obtaining additional medical / vocational / financial documentation as needed within prescribed timeframes to exceed service expectations. ▶️ Provide accurate claim information to claimants, policyholders, sales offices, and other interested parties.
