    I am currently completing my clinical practicum as a student at JFK Health Neuroscience Department. As part of my program I need to completed 45 weeks of training conducting neurological tests such as AEEG, REEG, VEEG, PSG and ANS-QSart. During the past months I have worked throughout the Medical Center, preparing patients for routine ambulatory and bedside testing specially in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Brain Trauma Unit (BTU). I have also performed Transcranial Doppler TCD tests in which I got to be trained on daily TCDs, TCD with bubbles or Brain Death Protocol TCDs. I am currently gaining experience with intra-operative monitoring IOM in which I am successfully monitoring mostly during carotid endarterectomy procedures under the supervision of a EP (Evoked Potential) registered technician.
