* Set up Inventory KPIs, processes, and guideline across countries to monitor inventory performance and improve working capital across countries including budget to buy process resulting in reduction of stocks' cover days. * Initiate and launch automated inventory dashboard to measure inventory movement across the whole supply chain including availability in marketplace. * Lead automated ordering system to support inventory replenishment in five countries – Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines. * Support Key Account Managers to plan mega campaign target like Lazada Birthday and Ramadan across countries to have great availability and optimize working capital. * Revised new shelf life standard guideline to improve inventory quality across countries.

Co/Main contact person to negotiate with international landlords, developers, real estate agencies, consultants as well as law firms, to acquire all necessary information to prepare a bidding proposal and feasibility study for all international projects including China, India, Vietnam, etc which include travelling oversea to see potential sites and study market. - Closely monitor activities of regional commercial property developers focusing in Southeast Asia region.

Lead the stock management teams (Dry food, Fresh Food, Hard Line, Home Line, and Soft Line for all formats & Store Openings) to ensure accurate and timely orders that meet financial objectives required for inventory management. This includes collaborating and communicating to all internal and external stakeholders in the replenishment process to ensure smooth product flow to stores and products’ availability for customers. - Responsible to identify Out of Stock causes and corrective actions with relevant parties including building relationship with suppliers and developing initiatives to maintain adequate sustainable stock level at stores to serve customers. - Monitor stock performance and identify corrective actions with relevant departments and the Controller to achieve inventory targets - Oversee the allocation of stock to stores for promotional items and during seasonal demands (e.g. Songkran, Back to school, New Year, etc)
