With training and field level experience, my interest towards government affairs increased. I joined the Fellowship Program in Management (PhD) in 2014 researching on the main agri-policy program Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) of India. I have published two papers in peer reviewed journals.

 Achieved 110 % of targets achived 185 MT of sales. Nominated for Master-salesman FY 12 Sold 145 MT Corn surpassing stretch budget (Nominated for Master-salesman) FY-11. Amicable handling & documentation of trade and agronomical complaints. Launched two new hybrids in new geography 9108 & 9106. (New product Development) Rewarded outstanding performer of the year award at Annual Conference. Zero sales return & zero outstanding, saved 5 % cost of allocated budget. Linking the government body (under PPP) and Monsanto for mutual benefits.
