My primary goal in this role is to increase market share for a security and defense manufacturer of x-ray security equipment, specifically in the Air Cargo market. Precision Operations Systems India Pvt Ltd. (POSIPL),POSIPL exclusively represents various international OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in India, for sales, marketing and maintenance of various security equipment, for ministry of defense and state and central police forces, predominantly in field of EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) & tactical surveillance. Participating in government of India tenders (RFP’s) for procurement of security equipment. Operational Head for Robotic Vertical (EOD / SWAT) robots. (PAN India)• Besides the responsibilities of GM (Delhi Region) was given additional responsibility of Operational Head of POSIPL’s new Robotic division including equipment’s like EOD / SWAT robots, Through wall radar, explosive containment vessels. • Hired and managed 2 teams of 6 technical staff, one team based out of Delhi (North India) and other from Mumbai (South India). • Responsible for presentations and demonstrations for generating requirement for new and emerging technologies to govt. of India.• Coordinate procurement and tenders at various state police forces and defense agencies.• Attend pre-bid meetings (post RFP’s) to have better understanding and operational requirement of end users for this equipment.• Besides independently executing smaller orders for various state police, 2018-19 was responsible for successful execution of a single order of $4 million for 18 airports of AAI (Airport Authority of India) and $ 2.5 million for NSG (National Security Guards).• Meeting and understanding operational requirements (RFP’s & RFI’s) and challenges of various agencies responsible for upkeep of security and defense organizations of government of India.• Planning and imparting post procurement operational and maintenance trainings to end users.• Undergo time to time maintenance and upgrade training of these equipment at OEM sites and discuss solutions for operational challenges under Indian environment and scenarios.

• Handled entire North India under Delhi region. • Handle day to day office administration and logistics.• Import procedures and custom clearance with appointed Custom House Agent (CHA).• Planning of logistics and training of new equipment supply. • Monitoring Customer Support and AMC’s of supplied equipment.• Responsible for generating and maintaining spare requirements for areas under Delhi region.
