Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews and personal interviews with coordination with concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.Issuing Letters of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidates.Conduct orientation programs and briefings to the newly hired employees.Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and report to Human Resource Division. Attending / Understanding employees’ grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.Assist Area Manager (AM) in performance management procedures.Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc., maintain the team’s agenda and take minutes.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Conduct exit interviews to identify the reasons for employee’s resignation or termination.Instant response against crucial matters to dismantle fraud and forgery.Preparing Deposit and Financing MISs & share with all branches.Preparing Daily Activity Reports and present to AM for onward submission to Head Office.Reviewing Expense Approvals received from Area Offices and get those signed by AM for onward submission to Expense Approval Committee (Head Office).Produce and submit reports on monthly Business Review Meetings and general HR activities.Looking after administrative matters of Area Office.Support other functions as assigned.

Maintain strong working relationships with our vendorsReview purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendorsDevelop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbersStay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the companyCompare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancy.
