Education administration (schedules, examinations, course material, LMS etc), international coordination and administration for the Faculty of Odontology for all exchange errands for students and staff alike, handling all the administration, meeting procedures and conferences for the national research school (a collaboration between four universities), working with certain economy tasks, research and clinical specialisation trainee administration, diary and case management tasks, travel and lodging arrangements for staff members, proof reading in Swedish and English, purchasing supplies, creating and running a web site, public procurement procedures, amongst other things. Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects with specified deliverables, as well as handling of the internal request process and other administrative routines and tasks within the department.
