This academic year 2022-2023, I was able to develop and become flexible within an inclusion program and learning environment that offers specialized instruction for students with disabilities. I successfully created and implemented more than 16 individualized education plans for students with IQs below 55. As mandated by law, district laws, and administrative rules, I have kept accurate and comprehensive student records, protected their privacy, and created reports on kids and activities. that functioned properly in the context of the classroom and were appropriate for the students' age and developmental stage. I've created thorough lesson plans with distinct goals for each activity, unit, and project. With a 100% approval rating, I have visited with parents throughout the year to discuss their children's development and to establish priorities for their kids' unique educational needs. Contrarily, it provides every pupil with tailored guidance. As the chair of the club’s committee, I have effectively served in a leadership position within the school and implemented 10 robust interactive clubs for 120 kids with varied disabilities. I oversaw the robotics club at Paisley IB Magnet School, which had over 15 members, including three special needs kids from Lowrance Middle School. aided in closing the inclusion gap for students with disabilities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math. I hold myself to a high standard of integrity, bravery, and dedication. Because of my unwavering commitment to honesty, openness, and justice for people with special needs, I respect my students. The parents, children, and teachers in my classroom hold me responsible, and I do the same for them.
