In this role, I manage, guide and coach a high performing team of Solution Engineers covering the Salesforce Marketing Cloud 360 suite across South East Asia

The Senior SE has developed a stronger product and industry knowledge base with some specialization into either of the two. They can handle more complex selling scenarios that are solution oriented. In doing so the Senior SE applies consultative selling skills to discover customer / prospect needs and then formulates a recommended solution that typical employs several aspect of the entire product portfolio. These individuals are also in the early stages of beginning to give back to the SE org in terms of knowledge sharing and mentoring for Associate SE and SE team members.
