Oversee clinicians providing clinical support and interventions to the Operation Hope staff working at both the homeless shelter as well as the clients residing in subsidized housing units throughout the Town of Fairfield.

Served as Part Time Social Worker in collaboration with a Full Time Social Worker to provide on-going and crisis intervention to both short term and long term residents as well as their families based on their psychosocial needs assessment. Participated in and graduated from the Dale Carnegie Management School. Nominated for and subsequently appointed to the team called "The Journey". Worked as a primary Social Worker to senior citizens in the Town's Senior Center from 2007-2008 initially. During that time I also worked for the Department of Social Services (clients under the age of 60 making them part of the Social Services vs the Senior Center). In both departments I utilized the Center's Assessment tools to determine the client's needs, refer them to the appropriate agency/service and provide on-going assistance to clients and families in cases where continued support is indicated.
