www.travisemery.comPrimarily working as a freelance photographer over the years, I've built a robust portfolio of dynamic images for editorial clients, brands, and well-known dance & theatre institutions. This time also includes the gamut of creating branded content for creative agencies as well as private commissions and pitching magazine assignments to the likes of TIME, New Yorker, and AARP. Roster includes: Forbes, Vogue, Chicago Tribune, High Times, Slate, and VICE to name a few. I've also worked as a commercial photo assistant for a number of agencies & high profile photographers. Brands include: Timberland, Kohls, Macys, Saks, Parents Magazine, Wal Mart, Rachael Ray, Glamour, People Magazine, and Birkenstock to name a few. I've maintained a successful balance of work collaboration, while pursuing long term personal documentary projects . . the most recent of which was awarded a grant from the New York Foundation for the Arts, and exhibited at a gallery in Brooklyn in late October of 2021.
