provide general corporate counsel for itinerant ministers, churches and other non-profits, obtain 501c3 status for ministries, hold seminars for ministers and pastors on topics ranging from the do's and don't of private inurement to what ministers and churches can and cannot do regarding the political arena; also, provide legal services in immigration, emigration, estate planning/litigation, family law, and intellectual property (copyright & trademarks only)

* Personally handles a multitude of legal work in contract negotiation, financial and commercial transactions, and labor and employment matters * oversee legal compliance efforts and develop strategies which reduce potential areas of legal risk while furthering business objectives * key advisor to the leadership team at its domestic and foreign sites * reports directly to the President & CEO * leads corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives * provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation * manages the legal function, and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel * directly involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts * provides legal counsel in establishing satellite divisions and educational centers throughout the European Union, Bulgaria, Africa, Canada and the United States * maintain global law practice Show less
