I handle patient accounts such as Bad Debts, Collections, Processing credit card payments, and confirming balances due with insurance companies and posting payments from collection agencies. Also signing up the patients with pay agreements. I worked on adding insurance to the patient chart and checking eligibility for their insurance.

I handle Commercial Billing such as BCBS, PEIA, etc. I worked aging reports, denials from insurance companies and work on claims.

I sorted mail within the location, I prepared letters and statements. I ordered and delivered office supplies. Performed other administrative duties as needed.

Perform varies administrative duties as needed.

I handle referrals for the following specialists: Audiology, Home Health, Podiatry, Hematology/Oncology and Pediatrics. I handle some prior authorizations if referral requires it.

I meet once a month with other associate engagement members to discuss ideas.
