Key Highlight: - 2009 MARS Global Make the Difference Winner in the category of Business Innovation for Retail execution tool build and roll out into China.Areas of Responsibility:- Sales Systems Development and Management (main focus on Retail Execution).- Project Management, budget management, resource management.- Development, delivery and deployment of the Retail Execution System.Activities:- From a starting base of just 30 users, developed, enhanced and delivered and implemented the retail execution system to 3 countries, 4 divisions (Petcare, Snackfood, Masterfoods, Mutli-Sales), 19 segments and a total of over 1500 users.- Established the fundamental support structure and foundation to be able to build upon. - Take on of other Sales Systems such as the Trade Promotion Management system.- Lead Team engagement. - Development and ongoing Management of application CIP process.- Establish and maintain clear communication strategy around project delivery and status.

Areas of Responsibility:-Hands on second level application and infrastructure support to ISI GTS support structure.-MFANZ SDS 2000 Site Application Scripting Team.-MFANZ and Site based Project Implementation and Management.-Conference Support.

Areas of Responsibility:- Web development for EUT (End User Technologies) Team internal Web Site.- Ongoing maintenance for EUT internal Web Site.- ISI Local Support.

Areas of Responsibility:- Help students put concepts taught by lecture into practice.- Give support to students who find tasks challenging.- Monitor/facilitate student progress by interacting.- Ensure and maintain a high level of student satisfaction with teaching.- Liase regularly with Lecturer to give feedback on students progression.

Areas of Responsibility:- Lead and participate in weekly workshops to assist first year students to be successful in their study of Fundamentals of Programming Using Java.- Work with another Student Leader to design relevant study material for the workshops. - Assist students in developing life-long learning skills.- Liase with Learning Skills Advisor and Lecturer to discuss and action on progress of students during the life of the sessions.
