Running the team of support, technical and business process experts, responsible for all aspects of strategy, budget control and people management, covering 1500 employees across the UK and Ireland.

Full end to end ownership of a number of technical and business process oriented projects including CRM, multinational network implementation, ERP and mobility. Working closely with the CIO with local resource control within my remit. Projects covered the entire group across western Europe.

Responsibility for UK based business network and system support, including implementation and support of infrastructure across up to 20 offices around the country. Management of all Microsoft based PC and server technologies, including email and networking standards, as well as end user support and training. Proficient in industry standard web design technology and tools, image manipulation software and web marketing techniques.

Specified, implemented and managed of range of standard and bespoke content management systems, at one stage running more than 30 web sites across Europe, incorporating training, promotion, marketing and support. Working closely with Group chief executive and European management teams, identifying opportunities for systems improvement and growth. Worked on project to deliver B2B e-trading portal incorporating EDI, XML and catalogue management. Proficient in the use of photo manipulation and digital asset management tools.
