The modules of SAP cover workforce management, payroll, performance management and ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management Module) Manage the outsource service and negotiate the contract with venders. Keep continuous improvement base on the KPI and SLA.

I joined DHL as Head of HRIT to lead HR system infrastructure setup. I led PeopleSoft implementation project and e-Learning project, rollout HRIS modules in all branches in China and then centralized to 4 clusters. Finally we consolidated all HR operation into headquarter in Beijing. In charge of HRIS operation including PeopleSoft, local payroll system including data quality score card, training, technique support, change request etc.I led several projects for local system integration with global system such as HR portal, online Orgchart, HR e-Approval processes.
