*  Serve as the first point of contact in UAE operations assisting & coordinating between the UAE office as well as Saudi Head Office. *  Oversee and coordinate new application and renewal of passports, work permits, labor cards, residence visa, Emirates ID of all employees. Manage HR petty cash. *  Handle recruitment – coordinate with Hiring Manager on their staff requirements, source out candidates, schedule interviews, request for offer letter, and facilitate joining. *  Source out overseas recruitment agencies; prepare & complete documents and requirements needed by both UAE and the country. *  Handle leave administration for the whole staff consisting of 200+ employees.
