Investment management as Project Manager (HRSG for CCGT Plant): managing given task within budget, time schedule, quality and scope, vendor cooperation, negotiations, regular contact with the Client, active participation in project meetings, status reports, calculations, analysis, international team coordination. Active involvement in contracts acquisition, coordination and bids preparation in technical part and budget.

Investment management as Project Manager (biomass and conventional power plants): planning, organizing, supervising design and site works, cooperation with subcontractors, contact with the Client, active participation in project meetings, preparation of calculations and analysis, international coordination, member of the start-up team. Participation in bids and contracts preparation.
