As a consultant with Universal Services Framework I work with companies to develop a Service Delivery framework that will engage employees to drive “Services” as a competitive advantage which will result in an increase in customer retention and loyalty, implement revenue generating programs and reduce costs through improved client service delivery models.

Responsible for Tier 1, 2 & 3 Technical Support consisting of 20 individuals located throughout the world. Developing and executing the operational plan to transition the Repair & Return and Advanced Replacement Services from a single facility to four global locations. Responsible for all activities related to the transition from “Free Support” structure to a “Chargeable Technical Support” program which is leveraged on bundling services to maximize revenue and margin performance.

My responsibilities include all program and project management, field operations, post-sale telephone support and management of 3rd party subcontractors performing field work

Responsible for Philips Radiology and Cardiology Software Service & Support to Healthcare providers in the Midwest (14 state) Region. Supervising Project Managers, Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Consultants and Customer Service Managers to drive Services and Support programs to ensure Philips customers achieve their business objectives.
