* Managing and leading a team of full time and part time staff * Regional growth - liaising with primary and secondary schools to set up a structured programme that includes achievement mentoring, classroom support, physical activities, PE support, extra-curricular activities and parental sessions. * Developing and maintaining relationships & partnerships with other organizations, national governing bodies and customers * Sales – selling staff into schools to deliver projects * Identifying new funding streams and dealing with applications * Staff recruitment, development, assessments and ongoing appraisals * Staff deployment and training within Wales * Setting up community holiday course and transitional activities * Reporting/presenting to directors at board level
