In this role, I am responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed timely and within budget. I plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire process. I lead large cross-functional teams in support of enterprise-wide projects and programs. I have directed multiple projects as project manager, leading teams of internal staff and external vendors in delivering business solutions.

* As operations coordinator, I was responsible for the management of departments required to run the operations of the business. This included planning purchases, negotiating contracts and coordinating the business budget. Interaction with relevant corporate personnel in order to fulfil general office duties to meet high performance. * Assisting with the management of daily operational activities * Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc. * Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment. * Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. * Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals. * Ensuring that all activities conform to local, industry and company standards. * Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made. * Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process.
