Consulting firm formed to provide loan portfolio evaluations, bank regulatory compliance evaluations, bank management consulting, and internal control environment evaluations primarily to community banks in Texas.

* I provide regulatory Director-level consulting services * including BSA and fair lending services * to banks and credit unions nationwide.

* Shareholder in the Bank Consulting Division. Developed the Bank Consulting Division from 1986 inception through the Texas banking climate of the late 1980 and early 1990s representing between 25 and 50 banks at any given time. Primary job responsibilities included, but were not limited to, performance of the following: * loan portfolio evaluations, * bank regulatory compliance examinations (including Bank Secrecy Act and Fair Lending), * evaluation of controls over electronic data processing operating environments, * evaluation of internal control environments, * fraud deterrence consulting, * bank management consulting, and * due diligence / asset acquisition engagements. * Recurring clients consisted primarily of financial institutions ranging in size from $9 million to over $1 billion in total assets. Regular interaction with members of executive management and the Board of Directors of the client. * Additional job responsibilities included the performance of accounting and audit work for the Commercial Audit Division of the firm.

* Hired primarily to automate and promote the Firm’s loan review product offering to its clients and supplement the regulatory compliance examination product offered by the Firm. Primary job responsibilities included, but were not limited to, performance of the following: * loan portfolio evaluations, * evaluation of internal control environments, * bank regulatory compliance evaluation, * bank management consulting. Clients consist primarily of financial institutions ranging in size from $ 100 million to in excess of $ 8 billion in total assets. Regular interaction occurs with members of executive management of the client. Departure from this firm was due to the death of my wife and inability to travel on a frequent basis.

I am currently the Bank's Bank Secrecy Act Officer and formerly the Bank's overall Regulatory Compliance Officer, Bank Security Officer, Bank Information Security Officer, CRA Officer and until October 2015 was in charge of the Bank's Loan Operations area. I directed the successful digitalization of credit and collateral documentation supporting the bank's $500 million plus loan portfolio.
